wow, you got the hair pretty good, as well as the nose and her eyes; well actually the whole painting looks really great! only small thing which doesn't seem quiet perfect are the reflections in the eyes: the right eye is looking to the right but the left one is looking straight at you. but I think you could fix this by "pushing" the reflection of her right eye a bit to the right; this way the reflection would be on the bottom of her pupil- just as it is on her left eye...
