Another remarkable piece. The darkest and lightest points both in the centre of the piece so the viewer's gaze is drawn to a single point, aided by the highlighted rails. I also like that the title you've given it gives a slightly surreal feel as the suggestion is that she's heading downstairs in to an underground place yet I'd expect it to get darker at the bottom of the stairs but it appears to be bright daylight. Finally I love the contrast between the setting with it's grime and graffiti and the subject with her bag on her arm and her heels.
