Phasmarbor (phasmatodea+arbor, Latin for tree)

Bug

Due to their size and weight, Phasmarbor can no longer hide as the branches of trees and so often form the base of an entirely-Bambranch shrub.

The spikes on its knees are known to deal huge damage to its rival, Dracoon, who will attempt to roost on Phasmarbor's stump.

Design notes: I thought a stump would be a good progression for a stick insect, so I did it. The knee spikes are shaped like stakes and serve as a hint to the final stage.
