So i took someones advice and used halftones with painted shading i think it looks good.this is my main character.

Yeah its realy nice for the result, now you can look witch size you prefer for your halftone etc.
I love the dinamic of the position. But as i can see, i think you use the magic wand to select some part of your drawing arent you? When you have lots of line try to put some color, grey, or whatever to hide some of the blanc spots. If you like that effect its fine ^^.

i was honestly kinda debating if it was or not, cause it didn't look like it would be very sharp, but i wasn't sure if it was just an energy type weapon thing, but now i know XD
