so, this is magiac madness (magical girl au) art thing. the guy in pink is chester the main antagonist of the story; him and jon fucking hate eachother. jon hates him for causing issues and destroying other dimensions energy force and another but i get that soon. chester hates jon for messing up with his plans and trying to stop him. chester playful flirts with his prey to make them mad and shit.
