You've really improved on highlighting the hair! And I think the suit looks a lot better as the current darker green than the past soft green. The gradient of colors on the banner is a fun touch. You've also greatly improved on the folding in the cloth. The eyes are a very fun luminescent green and the hands are in a much more fun pose. I also like how you didn't shade the neck as harshly like you did in your previous Loki. The only con I can say is that I would've preferred more contrast in colors of the suit and shirt.

I did this in sai so that's why it's got a lack of details. I know how to do folds in manga studio though.
