A light, easy to use Windows 7 theme based on Sword Art Online's GUI.
Also planning to make a dark, GGO theme in the near future.

I've also made an installer to be used with 7TSP.
I've separately uploaded the 7tsp installer, since DA has some kind of problem updating the main file when zip inside zip is involved. Download from my st.ash:

How to install:
You can install the theme using 7tsp.
Download and install 7tsp, and browse for the .7z pack inside it, then click on "Start Patching".
Or the manual method:
- Install the fonts inside "Fonts" folder
- Download and install UxStyle (uxstyle.com) OR Universal Theme Patcher.
- Copy the contents of Themes folder to \Windows\resources\themes folder.
- Apply it in personalization or double clicking .theme file you like.

So I've installed this using 7tsp, and the patching itself worked flawlessly, and I enjoyed using that theme.
However, when I was listening to music later today, I noticed that it sounded very "flat", even though my audio manager (Creative Sound Blaster X-FI MB3)'s equalizer was set so there was more bass and treble. No matter what I changed in my manager, whether it be changing the reverb or even restarting my computer, nothing would change. I've lost nearly 2 hours trying to fix this problem, constantly reinstalling audio drivers and restarting my computer so many times that I lost count, until I realized that by changing the theme to my default one that my audio manager began working again!
Apparently, 7TSP is conflicting with my audio manager, but why is that? How can it be prevented?

hello, great theme. only a couple small issues, the outlines for the min max and close buttons dont match up with the inside circles. and im still getting the blue areo glass highlight on the task bar items. finally, my navigation buttons keep changing back to normal. are there any fixes?
edit, the min max close buttons just fixed themselves. i think it was the font.

I have only one problem: the start I just have only one option: "shut down" "restart" "disconnect" "switch user". You can not keep the mini menus to choose between the three?

Currently I'm at a loss, I really want to start properly making themes for Windows 10, but am yet not sure how to.
I'll probably need a little guidance, so that I could start porting the themes I made first to W10 (since it's rare to find someone who decently ports the themes AND is willing to update when I do so as well).

The problem is almost always with the uxtheme patch if it gets installed yet doesn't look the way it's intended to.
Try reinstalling UxStyle (uxstyle.com), and see if that helps.
(You could also send me a screenshot, it might hint me in on more details)

Hmm I'm not sure why the black outline appears (though I recall some people telling me it appears when they use 7TSP, but not otherwise).
You have to manually change the icons, for that, download the pack, you will find icons in .ico and .png format; you'll have to use the .icos.
The system icons in explorer windows can be changed by IconPackager (or other similar apps).

I tried installing via the installer but that didn't work, so I figured I would just do it manually. This is far from the first time I have installed a custom theme that way so I figured it would be no big deal, but when I go to extract anything from the zip file it gives me an error. All other zip files work just as they should, but for whatever reason, this one won't let me extract anything.

Not sure why that happened, maybe some kind of Windows update, or similar.
Anyways, if you can't find an explorer.exe that surely works with google, you can still browse around DA, many visual styles include explorer.exe file, but if worse comes to worst, you can open command prompt (cmd from start menu), then type "sfc /scannow" to restore the original system files; note that you might need to reinstall UxStyle if you do that (and just to be safe, simply install the theme using the manual method, and if it somehow still fails to work, you can easily re-apply the default theme).
