First of all, I know the mountains suck, but if I did some totally fantastic mountains, it would taken your eye from the FIRE.....Ican'tdrawmountainsanywaysoitdoesn'tevenmatter *shot

So this is my contest entry for =Mike-Dragon 's contest, I finally got my ass to finish it

Just for the record, I'm rather proud of this one, not only because of the poses, but I drew decent fire I must say~
I used *Neffertity 's tutorial on drawing fire, it's very simple, and the results are amazing~

I think I could have done better shading, put more highlights on their bodies from the fire, and well, put more work into the mountains, but I'll just leave it as is, because it's one less thing on my shrinking to-do list~

I never officially drew a charizard like this, er...these ;;
And I think they came out alright as well, hope I didn't get something wrong on them

THe concept for the picture actually came from an old episode of pokemon in the first series, I remember something about Ash and company finding their way to these mountains that were inhabited by all these charizards, and they would battle to see which one was the alpha? It's a bit fuzzy, but that's where the rival part came in, I thought that two same colored charizards would be too typical, so when thinking of rivals, I thought why not have one be normal, and the other shiny? The 1st place prize IS a shiny charmander after all
