Yes yes, I've been working on this on and off for a few weeks in between assignments, it was very relaxing, and I loved to draw it uwu
So yes, it's a gift for TheRiversEdge
Since he posted his ref of River (Left), I knew I had to draw him~
I decided to draw him with Eli, especially since they're both hybrids x3

I like the idea of the drawing, with these two having a good and fun time together. I'm amazed of how well you recreated a night scene, they really look like they're being iluminated by the moonlight, and that simply beautiful
I must say that I always enjoy a nice walk in the night, not too late, the air has a different smell and it's cooler.
BTW Are they having a night run/exercise, or it's something like that?

I think textures work well for things you don't wanna draw yourself, though I did try myself, and just put the texture there and blended it until it looked ok pssh xD;;

yeah textures can be used to fix colours and stuff if the background doesn't please your eyes XD but im sure this would've looked amazing without textures too <3
