Okay, this is a bit complicated.

This is an original character from the story I'm trying to write.
She's a witch and a quite ruthless one at that. Her backstory includes, among other things, the murder of an entire family and the crippling of a young woman.
She later comes after my protagonist, Mathilda, and has every intention of killing her too.

The thing is, her appearance is very, very, very heavily inspired by the Takarazuka actress Maikaze Rira in her role as the Countess in the Revue "Dream Kingdom". Said Countess is on stage for about 10 minutes, maybe less, of which the DVD shows maybe 3 minutes, and she doesn't even have any lines. But the way she looked, the way she danced, her costume, her facial expression...it all impressed me so much that it became the foundation for one of my most important characters. She is nearly as important to me as my other OC Mathilda, but she doesn't even have a name yet.
In my head I refer to her as Rira, always intending to change the name sometime in the future, but if I don't come up with anything soon, the name will stick. For now, she is Rira anyway.
Her personality doesn't have anything to do anymore with whatever the actress Maikaze Rira was trying to portray, so I didn't label it as fanart. For me at least, the picture shows my OC Rira, who stole her look and name from a Japanese stage actress. But still, without Takarazuka she would not exist.

The black and blood-red background and the black coat were done with acrylics, Rira's face and hair with watercolour (my first serious attempt at painting a face purely with watercolour) and the fur on her coat with white acrylics, blueish-grey watercolour and opaque white.
