“Why hello there. Long time no see. Things at the bakery have been fairly normal. Kiki’s still using her broom to fly and make deliveries. Still as useful as always.my husband Fukui is still preparing the fresh bread every day. He works so hard. As for me, I’ve been maintaining the cash register these days, with the baby still growing inside my belly. Fukui thought it would be a safer job. As I’m carrying trays of newly baked bread, my stomach keeps bumping into Kiki, she even ran into my belly one time. Don’t worry though, the baby’s ok. As we start closing up shop, I just like to unwind and relax with a mug of cocoa as a knit some new baby clothes. I’m surprisingly very good with knitting. Other then that, a good friend of mine made me this delightful little portrait of me. That was so sweet of him. I love it. It kind of reminds me of one of Kiki’s friends, Ursula, I believe that’s her name. She does a lot of painting and artwork as well. At any case, it’s good to see Kiki become more outreaching and making friends while on the job. I don’t normally put a ton if pressure onto her. She’s still young. I just offer her some very useful motherly advice whenever she needs it. And if she ever gets sick, I’ll do my best to help her feel better. I treat her like a daughter.”
