This is an unnamed character from a fan made manga called Dragon Ball Multiverse.she is the mother of I’K’L, a mysterious being from Universe 15. He’s an artificial lifeform that apparently possesses the strongest battle power in his universe due to the Vargas selecting him to enter the tournament, though he was only born during the 5th round of the Multiverse Tournament, therefore he was disqualified due to being unable to participate in his match in the 1st round because he was still inside his mothers belly. She was supposed to fight Android 17. She tries to have everyone wait just a little longer, but she gets disqualified and becomes a spectator. According to Trunks, she’s one of the strongest fighters of Universe 15, though he doubts it. However, Android 16 senses a strange power emitting from her.

His mother has a translucent belly, with the fetus being visible. It reminds me a lot of the Chimera Ant Queen from Hunter X Hunter with her pregnancy. Also, I noticed that she has the appearance of an older woman, so when drawing her in a more Toriyama-style, I used Future Bulma as reference. She expects nothing but the best for her child when he arrives.
Once I’K’L is born in Chapter 98, I’K’L’s life mission is to eliminate everyone in the Multiverse Tournament and bring peace to all universes.
