Description This sketch of Miroku and Sango was in my sketchbook for a long time, and I really wanted to color and finish it >.< So here it is, colored in Photoshop! ^_^ I thought I should name piece after what happened in chapter 536

Well, I'm going to have to lessen my fan art drawing maybe a few sketches and birthday cards, but I seriously, SERIOUSLY have to get working on my AP stuff. But as always, We'll see what happens o.<

Sorry I kept forgetting to check your page!
My fav part is his hand touching her neck, and how her hair looks there, and the lighting on her lips~
Miroku's neck does look kind of awkward and the side-views seem slightly out of proportion somehow but it's okay~ I like the sun set ;3~

awww thanks mangs those are my favorite parts too XD
yeah it does look a but awkward, but i think it's cause it's either i made his collarbone too high or of course, it's just out of proportion @_@ lol aa well i'll try to do better next time

i know T_T it sucks >.< too much AP work

I love the San/Mir pairing...very emotive rendering...but what's up w/ Miroku's neck?? I hate to say it, but it looks a bit odd.

something about the line in his neck...wasn't sure if it was supposed to be shading, or define muscles in the neck...but it looks more like he has gout or something..

Do you use black and then goes over with a lighter colour? ^^ Like with Miruko's hair, first black and then purple where it's lighter?

acually, i start with the base color it's not too light, but it's not too dark either. then I shade it by adding darker tones to the shaded spots, then eventually it turns black. at the end, i highlight everything. it's kinda like the icing on the cake

cool, can't wait to see your kind of charas! As for the picture, I adore the coloring, and the scene seems sad... well, I guess it is, because of the title....(since I dunno what happened in the manga...XD) Miroku looks especially good her efor some reason. Rawr!

aww thanks! if it's sad, then I have succeeded! In the manga, Inuyasha and the group are trapped in Naraku's body (sounds weird, but Naraku transformed into this nasty giant spider thing @_@ ). They get separated and what not. Miroku's wind tunnel is like a bomb about to detonate and he feels it's going to suck him in soon. so he runs away from Sango and he says "This is where we part ways." T_T and I kinda pictured them before this mess happened sorry, that was a bad summary but that was everything in a nutshell

lol yeah, i'm quite happy on how Miroku turned out too

@.@ Omg like always I absolutely love the effort you put into the coloring, and pretty texture! I really hope everything turns out well.

Also AP is BORING. Sango/Miroku aren't. So it's understandle to save it all for the last minute ... buuut, maybe you shouldn't take advice from a procrastinator.

aww thanks so much!! hehe that's very inspirational of you, but it seems my portfolio in AP art requires work that's original, not fan base T_T. I understand that. Kind of like you and your awesome original characters! I'm just kinda scared of putting up my original work o.0, i dunno we'll see however you're right, no one can stop me from drawing whatever i want to ^___^
