Description So, after Scratch 3.0 came up, I started to use 2.0 Offline Editor because scratch 3.0 in my opinion is a piece of garbage, and while using it, I decided to try to use vector for my art, and after vectorizing Withered Yoshi, this was the result.

PREACH IT. I can't stand Scratch 3.0! It's just a bloody mess! Nothing in it works properly!

The only positive to Scratch 3.0 is the fact that it uses HTML, which allows mobile support.
But everything else sucks
the load times are longer
the backpack is glitchy as heck
the paint editor is just bad, bitmap and vector
the coding blocks are too big
3.0 blurs or pixelates all 2.0 vector files
you cant export costumes or sounds
there is sometimes a ton of lag
literally if you use anything else html related scratch gets interrupted or freezes
error messages are frequent
if you have an older phone you literally cannot play games over 100 assets
the project does not tell you how many assets there are
2.0 projects can break when brought to 3.0 due to the stupid coding
and worst of all
the entire stage is on the right, and not the left, the position everyone got used to.

It's quite sad to see people trying to defend Scratch 3.0 when you've got all these issues.

I really didn't want to go on bashing it, but it's been integrated and introduced so badly it's nearly laughable. Like, supposedly Scratch has been working on 3.0 for nearly 9 years or something, and yet it arrived this buggy? That's inexcusable! If such integral parts of your editor are just broken from the start, you should've taken more time to iron-out all those problems. Scratch 3.0 just feels rushed, like they just wanted to get it out and worry about bug-fixing later.

I also think there's no reason to completely change everything when people already got used to 2.0
Sure, when 2.0 came out there were some criticism  , but everyone got used to the stage position, the coding, the paint editor, everything basically.
And now everything's different. When it doesn't need to be.
And judging from Scratch's forum posts, yeah, it really sounds like they released it half-finished and are working on bugs or features later.
And also, like you said, this had almost nine years put into it. Rushed things come out after like a half-year or year or something. Not nine. And, Scratch 3.0 doesn't even look like it had 9 years put into it. Maybe they were too busy unfairly taking down fnaf fan games.
