Yes, I am well aware that this has been done a million times before , but I really wanted to do this my way. In so many other instances, they've either diverged greatly from the source material, or sticked too close to the original.
...Damn it took forever. X_x Also, I originally made this pic with the intent that it could be resized to 1280x1024 which is why there's a lot of empty space in the background. I'd have uploaded the 1280x1024 version here, but I don't think dA lets me without having to create a whole separate deviation for it. :|
Also, I should also say that - for those of you who aren't in the know - this picture is based off an image that you can find at [link] .

Well they do look pretty sexy and the close ups are ok. I mean the scout is like the youngest girl there so ehh... like shes in her teenage? like Highschool. Anyways pretty damn good.

Actually that'd be horrible. Valve made their body shapes odd so that you could very easily tell who you were about to attack. These all look like scouts.

It's not about looking cartoony, it's that their body shapes aren't too different from each other. It goes against why the characters have such weird anatomy.

They'll have major problems on the battlefield. Here's my reasons for each of the classes.
Pyro: Her outfit looks like a swimsuit. If she's running around using fire, she'll get burnt like bacon because she isn't covered. Anyway, do you even think she can move very well? Looks like her clothes are made out of plastic. And it looks like she's a 15 year old.
Engineer: She appears to be a pinup girl, not a worker. I doubt she even knows the SAFETY RULES.
Spy: Skirt too short. She bothers me the least.
Heavy: Looks like an anorexic, weak model wannabe. Seems like her hands will fall off from holding the minigun.
Sniper: She'll regret her outfit once a true Pyro chars her legs into bacon. Too skinny.
Scout: All I'm saying is, what if one of the classes looked up? Every second will be a pantyshot and she looks like a child. CHILD!!!
Soldier: Looks like an anorexic prep. She doesn't seem like a true Soldier at all.
Demo: She's dressed for the beach, not the war.
Medic: I doubt she has any medical training at all. She should get her bonesaw confiscated.
Here's my genderbends' info!
Pyro: Only the top part of his or her face is seen, but this person is androgynous. Nobody can tell even how old this pyromaniac is, except for the fact that he or she is an adult.
Engineer: A hard worker, she strives to do her best and is a supporter of the feminist movement. She has gone through a lot of practice and experience.
Spy: A sneaky and strong but elegant lady who possesses great martial arts skills and is excellent with a knife.
Heavy: Beefy, strict woman from the heart of Russia. She doesn't want any babies or weaklings in her way.
Sniper: A hot-tempered, snippy, Australian feminazi woman with awesome camping and sniping skills.
Scout: She's an early-20's, baseball loving, spunky, hyper tomboy who isn't afraid to use her bat to get what she wants despite her optimistic attitude.
Soldier: Formerly part of the US Army, she quit when there was no challenge for her and joined the team. Dislikes pests but isn't scared of them.
Demo: After blowing up the opposing team's base to take out her anger that resulted from stolen Scrumpy, the team employed her and she helped A LOT.
Medic: Crazy in a lot of ways, her willingness to heal but sadism toward enemies makes her a great Medic.
