One day, Professor Egad decided to show the Mario Bros., Princess Daisy, and Princess Peach his latest invention, The Mixatron 3002. With this machine, he can choose two or more items to fuse together into one and he was hoping to solve the conundrum of putting heavy materials together without doing much of the heavy lifting.

He tried to demonstrate the machine by firing it into a mushroom, tiny mushroom, and giga mushroom, but something went wrong with the machine and the beam fired around the walls before it hit Peach and Daisy. Unknown to them was a lone beam reaching out towards the stars and hitting a princess up in the Observatory.

It was too bright for the Mario Bros. and Egad to see what' going on with them until the light faded away. What they saw was unexpected to anyone.

There stood Peach, Daisy, and Rosalina together in one giant body. Although the body functions the same, the here are now three heads attached to it instead of one. Daisy has the right side of the body, Peach has the middle side, and Rosalina has the left side of the body. All three of them were confused as to what happened, Peach even more so due to how there's not much she can do in her side.

Egad explained that he hasn't tested on a living person yet, so this was a shocking discovery for him. Of course, none of them are quite happy about and asked if they can separate back to their own bodies (and possibly send Rosalina back to her Observatory.)

Egad said that he can come up with a reversal beam to fix this, however it will take s while before he can get the reverse beam into the machine. So with not much else to do, the Mario Bros. and the Three Princesses went out and find some way to pass the time.
