It was a calm day in Dreamland. A cool breeze swept over the fields and into the forests of Whispy's Woods. All was good until...
"Mr. Shine and Mr. Bright are fighting each other!" exclaimed a Bronto Burt.

"Fighting? But why would they fight? They've always gotten along well with each other." said a Poppy Bros Jr.

"But... Those two have been such good friends... What would tear their friendship and make them fight...?" Shadow Kirby looked up to the sky with a frown, saddened to see the bringers of night and day battle. "If only we could stop them..."

"I know how to make them stop fighting!" A voice from behind caught the trio's attention. They turned to see a jester dressed in a dull blue and red, bouncing on a ball.

The Bronto Burt snickered before he spoke. "Oh yeah? And what might that be, shorty?"

The jester sighed before bouncing closer to them, arms made of magic appearing out of thin air. "You need to ask the giant comet Nova for help!"

Shadow Kirby tilted his head to the side. Nova? The great comet spoken in stories? But that's just a myth...right?

"Before you can ask Nova, however, you need to get the power from the surrounding stars!" She then turned to Shadow Kirby, clasping her magical hands together. "You can do that, right Kirby?"

How would he know this would work? Does she really speak the truth? Shadow Marci was his friend, but...

"Of course I can do it, Marci! You can count on me!" Shadow Marci's eyes gleamed in joy as he accepted the task.

"That's great, Kirby!" She bounced in joy before hugging the monochrome puffball.

"I just know you can do it, Kirby. You're our hero..."

Man, I didn't think I'd be posting here more often, nor did I think I'd be making another story for a picture. Huh, guess that's something for me. Anyways, thought I'd give some insight to how Milkyway Wishes went down in the Mirror World. Damn, it's been a while since I've drawn both Shadow Kirby and Shadow Marci... It feels good to draw them again~ Anyways, enjoy this little piece.
