It one of Isabel jutsu 8D "Raining Nail Jutsu" i dont know how to say it in japanese sorry >w>U. If anyone know please tell me ^^. Ack the glowy thing on isabel's hand is not suppoese to be there I kept messing up on the hands T^T so I just pust a glowy thing on itn\o3o/Well let me tell you about the jutsu , made of water and it thins from the chakra and becomes sharp and looks like ninja nails. The user is able to use it and damge the oppoent physical. If you didn't get that then sorry
