Well with this picture it was an an oekaki program known as ShiPainter. But most of the time I use Paint Tool SAI, a Japanese art program that is really good for painting and all that stuff, but no texting. I also have a drawing tablet which is always good for those who do digital art a lot. It controls pen pressure and all that stuff that makes pictures even better.

I use a Wacom Bamboo fun, but unless you find a place with a cracked version of SAI, well you'd have to pay. Obviously tablets cost money, but Paint Tool SAI costs only $50. I use a cracked version that was also translated though. Got it from a link on youtube.

I realized though, when I cell shade, I make the picture more colorful Oo;;;; That background proves enough.
