Robin Hood. I loved this movie as a child. As a fan of lions, this guy happened to be one of if not my favorite character, despite his cruel intentions on the kingdom.
Looking at this gives me a familiar sense as to how closely related his guy is to some of the characters in Shakespeare's novels, such as Macbeth. Oh god are those two appropriate examples for a character foil.
Nonetheless, your use of colors is remarkably accurate. I don't know how many times I find art pieces which lack the accuracy in that field. I even love how smug he looks in this picture p:
The only thing I would have tweaked would be to shade him a little bit. Of course, if the style you've chosen requires that it's without extra shading that's a different story, though I think it would have complimented him even more.
In the end, this is a nice portrait of him. I like it!
