Marighouls is a closed species by me! You may NOT make your own! For more information, please check out our group! You can find their lore, a FAQ, ways to obtain, and more there! If you need an explanation of traits, please see below!Skin:
Dead skin - Any ghoulish-appearing skin tone! It doesn't need to be monotone! As long as it looks 'dead' it'll work. If you're not sure, always ask!
Sand skin - Any naturally-occuring sand color! Can look very similar to real-world skin tones, but doesn't have to! There are some pretty wild naturally-occuring sand colors out there, too~ Feel free to be creative!
Full-body water - Sometimes a Marighoul is made entirely of water! The water color always matches their hair, though!
Ears:
Regular
Pointy - Can be any length and point in any direction! Just as long as they're pointy!
Fin - Can be any shape and size, as long as they're fins!
Teeth:
Regular
Pointy - Can include anything from fangs to sharp, shark-esque teeth!
Sclera:
White
Pastel - Any pastel shade!
Dark - Typically black or dark blue
Pupils:
Regular
Slit
Octopus
X-shaped
Any two different pupils
Hair:
Still-bodied - The water is usually pretty clear and bubbly. Usually has an air bubble towards the top of the head!
Fast-flowing - The water looks much more dynamic! Less bubbles, more foam!
Slushy - The water is still foamy, but not as dynamic as fast-flowing hair.
Bio-lum - Water filled with glowing microscopic lights!
Toxic - Goopy hair! Looks like something a slime girl would have! Note that toxic hair can only come in bright, neon colors!
Frozen - The hair is totally solid!
Muddy - The water has a dark, oily substance floating within. Can be mixed with any other hair type!
Bloody - The water has blood floating within. Can be mixed with any other hair type!
Hair Colors:
Natural - Any naturally-occuring water color
Bath bomb - Any unnaturally-occuring water color
Body Types:
No water limbs or extras
1-2 water-filled limbs - water always matches hair color!
Half-body water - water always matches hair color! Doesn't have to be just the bottom half!
Water cutout - little shaped areas on the body where the water shows through! they can be any shape and anywhere on the body. no limit on them. water always matches hair color!
Extra limbs - extra water-filled limbs sprouting from the body! water always matches hair color!
3-4 water-filled limbs - water always matches hair color!
Non-mertail aka 'butt tail' - Can be shaped like the tail of any aquatic creature!
Mertail - Can be shaped like the tail of any aquatic creature!
Other:
No treasure in hair
Sand in hair
Treasure - Can be literally anything that isn't living!
Plantlife
Water-filled horns - Can come in any shape and in any number!
Sealife - Any aquatic creature(s)!
