Finally I've done this cosplay x) I Love Prussia so much that I really wanted to make this costume and I have to say that it was really fun to make and I'm just so happy with the finished product ^^Character: Prussia

Oh Oh Oh OH! How did you make that? I've been looking for a pattern and which type of fabric to use ;^;

I don't know if I can give you much help but I will try dear ^^Β
I made everything with the help of my aunt she literally was next to me telling me what to do step by step and we didn't use a pattern she made me draw everything on the fabric directly. Now about the fabric I used, I'm not familiar with the names of the fabrics in English but I think it's called serge at least in Portuguese it's called "sarja" ^^
