It's the pen that you use as a mouse, 'cept it takes lots of practice drawing on a mouse pad and looking at the screen. x_X
I think Paigey has one.

Nothing, really. I did some specific color usage. Several different layers for the hair, and for the lighter shades I set the layer to 'linear dodge'. Ehm, when I was done with the hair I combined the linear dodge layers, made a copy of it, set it to 50% opacity, and went to filters ---> blur ---> gaussian blur. Then when that was done, I combined everything, made a copy of THAT layer, 50% opa., set it to screen...
The end? o_o

Play around with 'em. They're not hard to figure out.
Go to layer ---> new layer.. 'n like.. screw around. They'll make your artwork teh SEX. XD
