Another one of Kitsu. A quick sketch done a couple of days ago, and painted bit by bit during my free time with water colors. What is it with me and those weird design thingies in the back? Oh well. All the while when I was drawing this, the song "I'm too Sexy for my Shirt" kept playing over and over in my head. XPRelated content

Haha, I think that's the universal song that will go through everyone's head. Watercolors aren't hard. Have you ever tried? They're not as terribly messy as people usually think they are.

I have tried. The result? VERY. BAD. Paint doesn't like me...maybe acrylic humors me every so often... lol

I've never tried acrylic. Mainly because I don't have any, and my friend won't give them to me, even though she says she will. I guess we all try to find our forte by trial and error. Very tiring.

lol yeah. Well, acrylic is just plastic basically so it dries fast, it generally stays where you put it, but it doesn't blend too well and the quality depends on the brand and unfortunately it's the usual expensive ones that work best...which is why I just don't paint often

Ah, I see. I suspect as much. I guess that's why I like watercolors, because you can blend them, and if you accidentally paint in a place that you're not supposed to, most of the time, you can cover it up by watering it down, or blending it with oter colors. Besides, I love the way it all bleeds together.
