Location: Lauterbrunnen, Bernese Oberland, Switzerland_________
This rather lovely birch tree was growing freely away from the forest.
One of the tallest birches I have ever seen;
As humans we can only fully flourish once we detach ourselves from the crowds and stop letting them put us down and holding us back! Only we don't need a horde of lumberjacks to make it happen!!

It amazes me how thoroughly (and consistently!) you can capture emotions with your camera.

I capture emotions? I thought what I did was see a nice subject and make it looks as aesthetically pleasing as possible...I don't know...I don't know if I see myself as a real artist.
I have been somewhat baffled by the concept of art recently. What is art? Is art not meant to convey something; do my pictures convey something?

to be so young, you have the most interesting approach to your subjects. And yes, your photos are so full of emotion. They're not JUST pretty pictures, although they are lovely. There's weight behind them. You don't see that a lot of places. All you see is a nice photo, whereas yours almost tell a story.
I'm a writer. I could base a novel on some of your art. When I get caught up on current projects, I just might actually do that. Someone can write an entire book based on one of your photos. Ever thought of that?
Your art speaks on it's own. Don't second guess yourself.
