Can't even find English dubbed for you but hey, better than nothing. So here is the introduction of characters before you watch it.

1 Bao Zheng - The wise, powerful and virtuous Lord Prefect of Kaifeng.

2 Zhan Zhou - The 4th rank royal guard, also known as Imperial Cat and Southern Hero.

3 Gongsun Ce - The smart and wise secretary of Lord Bao.

4 Wang Chou - One of four of Bao's enforcer. He's in black robe and black headgear.

5 Ma Han - One of four of Bao's enforcer. He's in black robe and black headgear.

6 Zhang Long - One of four Bao's enforcer. He's in red robe and red headgear.

7 Zhou Hu - One of Bao's enforcer. He's in red robe and red headgear.

8 The Demon Master - The powerful male transvestism demon who seeks to obtain the virtuous power of Lord Bao.

9 The Demon Master's apprentice - The young powerful demon who is under the apprenticeship of his master and also helping him in this goal.

10 Xiaolian - The young benevolent and kind yellow carp demon who fell in love with a young scholar named Zhang Zhen. She's wearing yellow robe.

11 Zhang Zhen - The young and poor scholar who saved Xiaolian from three greedy fishermen.

12 Lady Jin Botan - The selfish and heartless girl who looks so much like Xiaolian. She's wearing white robe.

13 Prime Minister Jin Chong - The selfish and unpromising Prime Minister of the Great Song who cares nothing but the welfare of his family and his riches.

14 Turtle Xian - The 3000 years old turtle demon who was tasked to bring Xiaolian back to the World of Monsters. He's nicknaming himself "Justice Turtle".

15 Little Turtle - The young fun-loving grandson of Turtle Xian and a friend of Xiaolian.

16 Pang Ji - The corrupted, greedy and treacherous Grand Tutor of the Great Song and also one of the father-in-laws of the Emperor of China.

17 Wang Yangling - The nice but yet, so powerful Chancellor of the Great Song.

19 Emperor Renzong - The current Emperor of the Great Song of Song dynasty of China.

20 The current Champion Scholar - The young man who became Champion Scholar who was murdered by the Demon Master's apprentice.

21 The Demonic Paper Puppets - The mindless minions of the Demon Master and his apprentice. They walk like when people do rap dance.
