Testing a few settings on my tablet... since the sensitivity is WAY off and it takes longer to do any sort of detailed line art without wanting to rip my hair out. Uh... but really just testing out my patience, and a more natural, less digital -- more natural line work like piece...Also added flats of colors because Sin is just beautiful. I really just wanted to color his eyes, but then the rest of him just looked ridiculous.
Thank you to Sindre for being my model/inspiration
not sure why he was grumpy-face. Someone probably touched his hair. You can't just touch this man's hair and walk away unscathed, unless you are Angel... Angel can touch Sin's hair. X3I like Sin's little braid... Angel did that for him. X3

Yes ma'am! I have them for you! Just had some complications with my scanner. Hopefully getting a new one since the old one is apparently beyond repair (That's what I was told! Uh! I am so frustrated about that.) Good news is I get paid Friday, and that brand new scanner is the very first thing on my shopping list! Thank you for being so patient!

I was wanting to add some shading, but I really like the solid flats. If anything I might add more "shading" in the form of extra lines on the lineart to give it a more comic book look -- but that'd be it's own piece aside from this one.

He's rather intense! I am aspiring to do a few more images of Sin in this fashion with different expressions -- so that way he doesn't always look so intense or lol!mad. XD

Your lines are just pure fun on this, I hope you shade it fully before moving on!
One thought for improvement: Given his head is tilted and he is a blood elf, I would tone down his arm muscle a tad or make his face a little bigger. Up to you though ~ maybe you want him super-muscled, but it will look great either way

I was thinking about adding some shading for depth, but not going my normal route to do it. I am kinda partial to the flats with only the faint highlights on his eyes to have them be the focal point.
Lol!Anatomy... I really had a hard time with his arm and having it look right. He's a slimmer elf, regardless of being a death knight... and his strength comes from being unholy, but I like to think he has nice arms, most of the other pictures I draw (rather that I have lying around) of him, he has broad shoulders, and muscular arms. In my head, I justify it with "even though he's slim... regardless of unholy strength, the man hefts around a giant two handed sword... he should have some meat on his arms." -- It really gave me a hard time and I swear I stared at it for like a good hour. When I finished his hand (which is something I have an even harder time with because lol!fingers) and I was happy with how it turned out, I decided not to mess with it anymore. Save myself some sanity.
I'll def take that into consideration for future work though

Did you do the line-art at the current size we see it, or did you size it down from larger?

I worked with the largest brush for the line art at 2, and then changed down to a .7 for the smaller bits, but didn't rescale it in the process just changed brush sizes while I was doodling around. I think it can be seen most on his arm... I at least notice it รฒ__รณ XD!
The hair is sacred. I think I spent the most time working on his hair/face more than anything else. When I got to below his neck I sat here staring at him for a good hour going "Wat do?" XD

Next time you ink a picture, try working on it at 200% of the target size. When you scale line art down to 25% of the size you worked on it at, it will smooth out a lot of inconsistencies and make the entire thing look much cleaner than it really is.
The same is true of coloring! It'll gloss over many things that at normal size might be glaring. :3

I absolutely love the way you detailed the braid and his goggles. Absolutely. Love. I cannot state that enough. Especially the braid, good gods, I keep going back to it! For having trouble with your tablet, it looks amazing! I commend you on your patience!
His eyes... Man, Sindre's eyes are always beautiful, but you just do something else to them. And in this one, I really, really like how they turned out. I can't really say what about them I adore so much, because I'm not sure, but...-wow-.
I also really like the lines. They look really clean to me, not sketchy, you know? While I love sketches, there's nothing like a crisp, clean line.
And his expression... It's just -so- Sindre! xD

T--T Thank you for actually giving me something insightful. I appreciate it a great deal. I mean, I know he's your character and stuffs... but dude... I really like hearing -why- something is liked, not just "OMG I LOVE IT" -- while I do enjoy those types of comments too... I like knowing why something is considered good... clicking a button and moving on doesn't help me get better. So... thank you for letting me know why you like it.
