So, yeah, my first piece of non-fanfiction based art on this site. This has been rolling around in my head for a while now, and I thought people would like it.

Bananaman has always been a parody on superheroes, but with everything needing to be darker and edgier these days, imagine how that translates with this guy.

This is a spoof on the poster/DVD cover to the Dark Knight. Instead of Batman under his symbol, we see Bananaman under his: a great, flaming banana. Next time, however, I'll need to add all the gritty details with the flames and the wreckage. I do, however, think the mist and smoke effects look good, if I do say so myself.

Anyway, after hours of work -- sketching, finelining, and colouring -- here is the end result. I hope you like it.
