The two characters are Ame Unmei (purple haired one) and Yoru Arashi (blue haired) my friends and my OC of Kingdom Hearts II.
Yoru Arashi is Yozora's Arashi (my OC of FFVII Crisis Core) nobody. It's a complicated story, the resume is:
Yozora Arashi was an agent of Shinra and after a fight with Sephirot she became a nobody and joint the Organization XIII. Her nobody name doesn't change much because when she wakes up as a nobody she reads on her belt the kanji of Yoru and Arashi. The belt is partly burned and the part with Sora is gone along with her pony tails. (Yozora Arashi is written with the kanji of Yoru, Sora and Arashi.)
The first was years ago so the style of their clothes wasn't so original, in fact both the skirts are inspired by Yuna's outfits from FFX. Since this was a redraw I did the skirts the same. If I'll work again on Yoru I'll change her outfit suerly.

Nope, nothing to do with Xion. Yoru is a really old OC, she is kinda 6 years old and she was invented before Kingdom Hearts 358/2 went out, it's just a coincidence.
