yes partially, but it also has to do with the symmetric monoidal category of "c-family" polytopes of dimension k-1 such that (a_{1},...,a_{j-1},a_{j},a_{j+1},...a_{m }) -> b, universal in its niche, and frame-competitor a'_{j} of a_{j}, the [k+1]-dimensional punctured niche quaternionically multiplied by the square root of the fundamental theorem of Vassiliev invariants, which are invariant.
