This is again based on the recent Transmission story arc.After escaping from the cops, Reg phoned Linda and told her what happened. Linda said that he needs to tell Rus because it would be best if Rus learned it from him. However, before he could, Rus found out from Tim.
Now Russ and Reg are confronting one another. Reg is saying that in his defense, if Russ had given him a reference a week ago, this wouldn't have happened.
