i decided he wasnt powerful enough so he now has a bunch of sharp bits to stab people with

sky/ice hybrid, grew up on the outskirts of the sky kingdom, charmed his way into marrying royalty, murdered his way up, got himself appointed as the "acting queen" of the sky kingdom based on a technicality in the monarchy laws. he has plans to crown a queen who he can use as a puppet while maintaining control behind the scenes.

he gaslights gatekeeps AND girlbosses all at the same time

hes also very short. little baby man. he's insecure about his height.

he really really wants a crown to wear but he isn't allowed one because he's not the actual queen, he's only in charge until someone finds a member of the royal family who isn't dead or until he decides to crown someone as queen

he can't breathe fire and everyone knows it.

he uses his tail very effectively to nonverbally threaten other dragons. he'll flick his tail at them or rest it over their shoulders. this works quite well since most skywings are not accustomed to having giant spikes in their face. Bright is the opposite of a sandwing: he'll swing his tail around as much as he wants and if he accidently stabs someone, then so be it.

nightwings scare him because of the way they can just stare into one's soul. all of pyrrhia knows they can't actually read minds, but they have such a haunting gaze that it unnerves him. and they're twice his size but he swears that has nothing to do with it. he likes their inventions though and their methodical approach to things.
