I love this piece. Great details and most of the armor/clothing seems functional (with the partial exception of details of the collar and arm brace). The color choice is great. The rendering is excellent. The composition and understanding of anatomy is great. Well done on all counts.
The only possible suggestions/question I might have are on the 'terran' look of some of the pieces. As an ocean god perhaps a little more sea/fish-like elements, scales on teh armor and such? But that is nitpicking as I don't know the ultimate intent of the work and it is very well done.

Great work. I like the character, and how it is represented in this image. Just a small detail: the hand that hold the trident, it doesn't looks like is holding it in a confortable way. Don't you think?

It's a great character design. For a Poseidon character I would have added a bit more blue or greens to it, I know there's a few ocean or atlantean themes in his clothing, I just feel there could've been a little bit more without overdoing it.
Overall I really quite like it. What about some more detail on the cape? I was thinking it was white to kindof balance the whole thing out though, but I would've been curious to see how well it looked with some patterns across it or something.
