Beautiful work, flawless lighting of the form and I enjoy the color palette. Amazing detail in the armor and staff. Though I like the darker red hair, it isnt anywhere else that i notice and leaves a bit of unbalance. May suggest a background layer of dark red storm clouds to even it out. Only note I would add is the proportions on the back left shoulder to the left breast seem to be off. Easy fix to either drop the left arm and shoulder down to match the angle or perhaps moving the breast up a smidge. Well let me just say I'm not an expert. I really don't much about this sort of thing.
However, the originality in this (any many others') is really high. The outfit and expressions really bring out the personalities of each character. You can tell how the character would react in certain scenes, and predicaments.
The impact is very hard to explain. The way each character's stance is helps create a setting. For example: Uriel has a very laid back expression, and her pose gives her a more relaxed personality. Now I may be wrong, she might be a very happy go lucky character. Also her pose gives us the impression that she does have much feeling toward whats going on.
You're technique is amazing, and the detail is probably beyond standard level.
I would recommend putting them in a scene or problem but otherwise, very nice.

The design of 'Uriel' is so unique. Just by her facial expression we see a strong burning character in her.
The figure you've used for her is a bold move, as most artists are moved towards far skinnier models.
However like a true artist you have presented a new kind of beautiful, a new kind of perfection. A fiery personality.
Her costume design is exquisite, her clothes seem to define her character, and the more I look at her the more I begin to see her character come alive.
The use of shadow is good and effective. You need to pick an angle the light is coming from and focus on how it affects the rest of the character. At some stages the shadows are off balance, and the light appears to be coming from different places.
Work on the texture of the feathers on her wings.
The feathers have to be strong and definitive, at the ends the feathers seem to be given a papery effect, making her wings look weak.
Try to define her character through her wings, shape them and color them to how you believe her character is.
The way you've molded the red into the white of the wings is incredible, try to use what you've done with those colors more, to perhaps even create shapes within her wings, like patterns or symbols.
Really present 'Uriel's' character through these minor details. Audiences love depth in a character, they love to tear them apart to see what that symbols means, or what's the to her ear ring? Her elbow piece?
Create a story behind the character that will engage the audiences.
I also like how the character is laid out with her name underneath, it almost makes her look like a tarot card.
Your originality is astoundingly brilliant, your shadow technique can be improved, and remember the minor details also pull the character together.
