Chiaki Tomohiro , or you could just call him Tomo, was a former classmate of Masao. Even he does not look like it, but he's 16 and is the school council president. In his first year of highschool, he got challanged by one of his naughty classmate to participate in the president election (man, I dunno if its a word, ahahaha-//killed). The boy who challenged him was confident that Tomo wouldn't win because he's just a freshman. True, even Masao doubt that he'll win.

Days after that, all of them were shocked to see Tomo as the new president of the student council. How he won the votes? Easy. Most of the girls voted for him because of his shotaness and adorableness (the population of girls in that school is high xD). Altough he won because of that, he did carries his responsibility as a president. He always got high scores and became quite active (as the school mascot lolololololol).

Personality:
-innocent, smart, lack stamina, always follow the schedule , he can be naive sometimes (where all the females take advantage at) and always curious.

Others :
- he always carry a black book which contain all his schedule of the day.
- became the mascot of some clubs (ahh shotasss)
- a member of the swimming club (because he thought swimming will increase his stamina)
- his favourite food is melon bread and green tea
- short (duh)
- he think before acting
- Favourite colour : chocolate
