I thought that as well. Maybe she (the archer) was a member of the Gusto tribe originally, but she left for whatever reason and wound up in the underground city where the other two 'Subterror Nemeses' are fighting the Subterror Behemoths, so she joined them rather than returning to the Gusto Tribe, so she would not be there for the events involving Trishula, Sophia, etc.

That's a very cool way to see it. In that case, if she was really a Gusto, it would be good to see her former self.

Changing my theory slightly: Maybe it was in fact Trishula being unleashed by the Ice Barrier tribe that forced her to go underground. He (Trishula) basically caused an apocalypse after all. The other characters and kaijus (best thing to call them, they're giant monsters after all) from the subterror lore may have been living underground beforehand.
