I realized all of a sudden that this group didn't actually have a folder for crossovers beyond the mixed gens.So... we made one! I'm going back now to try and rearrange existing pieces and put anything relevant into that folder instead. From now on, make sure anything you submit that contains characters that are originally from a different fandom (i.e. a published work not your own) goes in the Non-YGO Crossovers folder!
Note that this only applies to crossover characters: if, say, you've drawn YGO characters in outfits from a different series, or written them into roles based on an AU of a different series, they still go in the folder of the respective gen they came from (or mixed gens if multiple). It's just the characters that were not originally in YGO that need to go in the proper folder.

Correct! At the moment, there isn't... really a hierarchy for which folders take priority over others (like if your piece is a crossover and a comic panel), so it's just kind of using your best judgment. I'll get around to figuring out the criteria. Eventually.

it will be a comic eventually but for now we're still in the planning stages so i'm just only doing normal drawings/promo art/concept art at the moment
