Some time after the Mousekewitz’s have settled in America, they find that they are still having problems with the threat of cats, prompting them to move out in the west, where Fievel becomes fast friends with three committed dairy cows after he discovers the believe that that mice and cats can live in peace is conducted by the crafty feline con artist mastermind who is responsible for the Mousekewitz’s move out west; Cat R. Waul who is intent on his own sinister plan to kill and turn all the mouse-colonists into mouse-burgers while a greedy outlaw plans to buy the cows' bankrupt dairy farm. Now the stakes are sky high as Fievel, Maggie, Mrs. Calloway and Grace along with his true cat friend, Tiger, who is following intent on finding his girlfriend gone in the same direction, the karate-kicking Shirreff's stallion Buck, Fievel's law dog hero Shirreff Wyile Burp and a colorful corral of critters join forces to foil Cat R. Waul's plot and save their home as they risk their hides and matches wits with a group of bad guys in both human, predator and cat form.
