This "What if" picture inspired by MARVEL's Avengers Assemble(series), Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, and Dragon Xenoverse (game).
What would happen if every alternate universes and realities were twistedly wrapped into the new enemies favor with the help of the Infinity Gems? Everything as we know it in the real/cartoon/animated worlds would have been changed in ways none of us every thought possible. Sailor Pluto and Sailor Mini Moon have been captured and are been hold in a dimension prison, where not even Professor Paradox can't reach them? What would you do help them out this situation?

Well, there is one place where the Infinity Gems can't reach, the DC Universe, as it has been proven in crossovers it has no power there. However that might be because I theorize that Marvel's Infinity Gems have a connection with DC Comic's The Dreaming, so the Endless might be the ones to resolve all of this!
