Vaal Vryllon is another major antagonist to the Wojak Universe, as he is the leader of the Rhyzan Armed Initative (RAI) and ruler over the entirety of the Rhyza System. He is notorious for the unprovoked invasion he leads against the rest of the Milky Way Galaxy during the age of peace.

Vryllon was born in a city bunker 300 years after Rhyza Prime was bombarded by the Tequian Empire during the Great Culling, their home planet was left as a barren radioactive wasteland, forcing the inhabitants to live underground. Those that were in charge of the population were incapable of rebuilding the Rhyzan civilization, and left the inhabitants with horrible living conditions. He grew up as the son of a fortune teller, selling brass bracelets and reading the messages in fire and smoke. But he always wanted more, specifically true power. He always dreamed of living in a high tower, something considered very prestigious in Rhyzan culture.

When he came the age of 20, Vryllon dreamed of Xyrdicus presenting Rhyza Prime as a near-perfect utopia, with missiles flying from Rhyza's orbit and obliterating neighboring enemy planets. The Lord of Discord told Vryllon he can guide him to this future, all he asked was to follow his instructions, and do as he commands. When he awoke, as was given supernatural power to persuade those around him, along with above-average strength, and telekinesis.

Soon after, Vryllon realized his destiny... he formed the RAI as a paramilitary group, and began a revolution like never seen before.
Vryllon led his men to take over neighboring outposts and overthrow their superiors. Many were either forced to join the revolution, or be executed as a traitor. For the next 20 years, the Rhyzan underground system would be thrown into bloodshed, that would be known as "The Red Spring". One outpost at a time, Vryllon's forces and control expanded until the entire planet was under his rule.

Soon after, Vryllon established a dictatorship and declared himself "Vaal" over the Rhyzan People. The RAI began many methods to rebuild Rhyza's economy. Rapid Industrialization, making several underground outposts re-worked into subterranean cities, turning most buildings and homes into towering complexes. Breeding farms and brothels were also introduced to encourage repopulation efforts. But nothing brought he Vaal more satisfaction than with his propaganda campaign, encouraging many to treat the RAI as a religious entity deserving of praise and worship. He would also warn of consequences if they failed to comply to his word. Despite many wanting to stay on the Vaal's good side, many would be labeled as traitors to the RAI for trivial things such as being unable to meet work-place quotas, failure to meet grooming standards. It's rumoured that even being overly happy or excited is a punishable offense, as the Vaal claimed "Ambition can lead to a man to fall out of line and rebel against the RAI... Ambition is the opposition."

Many that were jailed would be harshly tortured in prisons across the planet. However, Vaal Vryllon re-instated the Rhyzan Space Agency for the sole purpose of sending prisoners to "Channaughvko", a barren moon riddled with volcanic activity with a landscape constantly covered in ash.
Prisoners were simply sent to Channaughvko to be left stranded in the wilderness and starve. Because of this, many prisoners were forced to become cannibals that would kill and consume others that came across their path.

10 years after the the death of Emperor Ruulo, and the Taikon Klan Insurgency was dismantled, Xyrdicus told Vryllon that the RAI was finally ready. The Vaal would soon after declare war on the entirety of the Milky-Way Galaxy, with the goal to conquer every inhabitable planet they come across, and carry out the word of his master. With his powers, The Vaal can use his telekinesis to hijack alien broadcasting technology to present and visualize his messages and warnings to the inhabitants. He'll use these messages to declare a planet to either surrender, or to prepare for war against the RAI.

Every war crime committed by the RAI was done for one purpose. To create a galactic hivemind. Xyrdicus told Vryllon that a hivemind can be made and controlled by someone who's will is strong, and presence overwhelming. But in order to have an individual to succumb to the hivemind, two things must occur. 1. A sigil must be made onto their body. 2. their will MUST be broken by any means necessary, this would allow the host to take over the body. Afterwards, the individual's soul would be absorbed by the soul of the host, granting them the knowledge and memories of that individual.

Vryllon is based on the character "Vrillon" from a supposed Alien broadcast played on British TV in 1977. However, instead of the more peaceful entity remembered from that broadcast, Vryllon is more sinister and malicious.
