So Selphie never really said that. More like ...

Selphie: "Everybody! Love and Peace!"

Though I can imagine Selphie thinking this, but never putting it to words. She's stronger than she looks, people!

The title came from someones comment on cosplay.com. She was really nice D:

As far as the costume itself. I hate not being able to tell about the fabric to a "T", but I found it on the sale rack; however, it's a cotton mix stretch (duhr, probbaly). This wig was actually one I had packed away, after a less than perfect attempt as Fiore (Chrno Crusade) a few years back.

A little styling + time + lots of product = Selphie Wig.

You can't see it in this picture, but I was careful to make sure I had her elusive necklace (no one knows for sure what it is?? Improv. ).
Another thing you can't see here are the vertical seams in the fabric. When I make a costume, I do my best to translate it in my own, realistic style (or so I guess you could say). So, instead of drawing on the vertical lines, the jumper is actually made up of various 4.5" strips of fabric. All this meaning I chose to translate those lines as actual seams in the jumper.

The Strange Vision flail was made using chain, wooden dowels, sculpey and ribbon. Along with some random spool like cylinders I found in my junk box (comes in handy!).

And before you ask. Yes. Those Timber Owls are right around the corner
