We'll just say he does a lot of work making sure all your guns and parts are untraceable and impeccably maintained at all times. Plus he gives you ammo and grenades each heist, and maybe the body bags, body armor, melee weapons, etc.

You need to use orokin cells to link the two weapons together. Don't want to rank up two Hornet Strikes now, do we?

That is why we have to read the instructional blueprint with an Orokin Cell and then take at least 12 hours to figure out how to hold a second gun in your other hand
