This skill gets really undersold/oversold, the little guys are super helpful as hostages, plus if you go all through the joker stuff they can soak up a fair bit of damage and help out a little... just don't count on them to box a dozer. Plus if you need them to turn back into a hostage they auto will (plus they have super secret taunt which causes enemies to shoot their dead corpse for up to about 5 minutes after they're dead... )
I'm deadly serious on that last part and have no idea why it happens...

That looks like a tazer, tazers have great voices. I remember when they were planning a skill that'd allow you to dominate and convert specials once upon a time. Not sure if that'll ever get implemented.
