I almost didn’t recognise Sagita with that hairstyle... Amazing what a little change in attire can do.
Now I have a question about Rico: When he rests, does he spread his arms and legs out away from his body, or does he tuck them under/near his body? (Like ruminants and canids respectively.)

That’s one of our major physical flaws as a species. XD (The birth canal is naturally very small for humans, meaning that when labour happens, a mother’s pelvis can end up stretching 20+ centimetres [Not completely sure of that number.] to make room for the child. Other mammals, other animals in general actually, have a much easier time birthing than humans do.)

In the way I've imagined centaurs for The world of E.M. project, their infants are born like slightly more developed hexaped human babies

Though some people depict centaur babies as the size of newborn ungulates.
Whichever you go with the birthing would be easier either way since the mother would have a very wide pelvis.
