You are working much longer than me on sme of my better pictures, but the result is always a lot nicer *-* I cant question if you are talented or not. The first option is the answer ^^ It looks all good, the shading, her clothing (the colors of neckerchief <33 ). Her expression goes well with the picture, the background gives the last boost for the atmosphere. Excellent work

I love all of the bright colors! Some things you should work on though are the angle of the face and hands, those are the hardest parts but you really did a good job!

thinning out the chin would be a good start, so that it comes to a point. That's more attractive on females. As for the hands, the shading was very good, You just need to work on the angles of the knuckles. When I'm drawing hands usually I pick up something or just study my own hand.
