Cry me a river...i am not a fan of that song but i do like that phase...haha i kinda of quickly draw the eye so it look not very correct excuse my mistakePart of water contest

I really like the concept of this, it's quite lovely. The black and white feel is there, regardless of if you changed it or not.
I like the fact the eye is drawn well, but it's not in perfect detail, it keeps the focus on it being a photograph, not a drawing.
My one suggestion, the 'tear' seems a bit high in the eye. Tears come from the inner corners of your eyes (by your nose). So, I'd suggest moving it there in a way.
Other than that, lovely work. It's rather unique and is a generally interesting piece.
