Another quick sketch upload^^ This is a lot more rough than my last picture, but I liked the way the colors came out
It's mainly just another practice picture xD I may clean it up later, but for now I like it with the sketchy lines^^Hope you like anyway^^

Haha, no^^ I can't use watercolors to save my life xD I use Paint Tool Sai. It comes with a watercolor feature where you can change the texture of the canvas

You can download the 30 day trial on Paint Tool Sai's website, but after the trial, yes, you do have to pay. It's around $70, but that's really cheap compared to other programs

Yes, I use Photoshop Elements 9, but I mostly use it now to only add text or textures^^
