I was happily drawing this before chapter 50 came out and then chapter 50 was released and I was freaking out for these two ohdeargod

These two are my paleship OTP, I just want them to become best buddies and plan things and be awesome leaders and bring humanity to victory, tag team Armin+Jean is the best!

Chapter 50 was like an emotional rollercoaster, on the one hand it was so nice to see them get along and Armin protecting Jean but on the other, much heavier hand THEY ALMOST DIED?! LIKE HOLY CRAP I LITERALLY REFUSED TO READ ON BECAUSE I WAS SCARED AND NEEDED TO COLLECT SOME COURAGE. Just wow. Don't kill my favourite characters. If either of them dies I am so done with SnK.
They seem to get out of the worst danger for now but we still don't know if Jean's ok

And omfgh CHAPTER 50!! The first spoiler I got from the raw chapter was the page of Armin protecting an unconscious Jean with the titan coming after them AND I FREAKED OUT because at the time the entire chapter hadn't been released and I proceed to have a heart attack

Armin tends to do this with your feels, he is such a good character but he has this shota face and tiny body and you just wish that he becomes sexy in the future because he deserves it so much! Please puberty, do a good job on this boy!

You just KNOW that the military would be in good hands if these two make it to the top. They are not like the shitty people in the military police and could bring a lot of fresh wind and positive change. I am just waiting for Erwin to make Armin his right hand man ohsnapseewhatIdidthere, I am certain Erwin sees Armin's potential and he would be an idiot if he's letting it go to waste.
For me it was similar, I saw some translations posted in a forum before the full chapter was out and it was only about half of it and stopped after the page with Armin protecting Jean and I flipped my shit. If this manga has taught me anything it's that things can and will become worse.
