Okay, so for some reason I had the odd compulsion to draw Lithuania and Poland in dresses...so I imagined them as little kids playing dress-up.
In this situation it's more like: "Liet, be still and let me put this dress on you. You'll look, like, so cute!"

And NO--these are not my own characters. Hetalia belongs to Hidekaz Himaruya.
