This is an old pic, done for 's birthday back in 2001. I colored it for her next birthday at 2002. While I can find a number of flaws in it, I still absolutely adore how I colored Neon in this. The only down side I realized after I finished it was that I had to try and surpass this.

Well... let's see if I'm up to the challenge! I'm coloring a pic currently, so let's see if it turns out anything like this one.

Oh, also a slight explanation, this is Neon's character in our co-written Sonic the Hedgehog fanfiction series (now being rewritten without comic influences). Her name is Nyieone Mouko and she is the queen of a cannibal tribe called the Jaegara (not the Nasty Hyena's group in SatAM). She has a connection to Sally, but for now I shall leave the nature of that connection a secret. X3
